I’m two days away finishing the Animal Cuts “cycle”. Monday will be last day and then it has been 3 weeks total on that stuff and I think I have enough experience to talk a bit about the stuff. 🙂
First of all I have to say that it is not worth the price they are asking for it in Finland and I am not sure if it was woth the price it cost in UK. Sure it was effective, but I expected more for the price and since there’s lot of stuff to swallow per day. Compared to Hydroxycut Hardcore.. I don’t know, I would go for the Hydroxycut. It is cheaper and did work better for me than the Animal Cuts. You have to remember that these things work differently on different people. For some one works and another for other people..
I did not feel any different on Animal Cuts compared to normal. After about 3-4 days on the stuff I did notice I was pushing out more fluid than before. I was drinking like usually, total of about a gallon of water per day plus other bewerages and I did need to pee more often than usually. I cannot say about weight loss since I do weight about the same I did a month ago, but then I do have gone up 20kg in weights when doing my lower body work out.. 😮 I also cannot say if I lost any fat since I did not do body fat test before and after, but I did lose a bit from my waist, for example. Yet again, I cannot say if it was fat gone or did I just get rid of extra fluid in my body. Either way, I did get results.
The results were not significant and as I said earlier, I would have expected more for the price. Then again, these are not miracle pills at all. I might have lost more if I had upped exercising a bit, but my point was to see if they had any impact at all. I do have a sore arm and I have not been able to do whole workout routine during the past month, but I hav etried to compensate it by doin more cardio and trying to come up with alternate workouts.
All in all I would use this kind of products only if I needed to tighten my body a bit in short period of time. As an fat burner, I don’t know. I would have to do few more cycles of the stuff to find that out, but I do not feel like investing in the product the money it costs. I will continue the old fashioned way: more exercise and on healthy diet. IT will take more time to get the results than combined with these products, but I am in no hurry after all.
My next experiment will be with Universal Nutrition’s NoX3 that I got as a complimentary goods with latest order. I have heard positive things about it and I’m anxious to give it a try. This stuff is vascular product, if I got it right. I still have to read ALL the print on the package and then talk with someone who have tried it before. Then I will know if I will give it a try or just sell the stuff.
Oh, the protein powder I bought does taste bit bad, but it does the trick. I do mix my own recovery drinks nowadays, I mix the protein powder and Malto powder toget the mixture of protein and carbonhydrates I wish. Then mix it all in orange juice and that’s it. In the end it is cheaper than bottled stuff or specific recovery powder. This way I can also fine tune the amount of proteins in the shake.
That’s about it for now, about the supplements and related crap. 🙂
